Below is a link for a Covid vaccination clinic on Tuesday, April 27th at South Seneca Middle/High School from 2-5 pm. Also linked is the consent form that must be signed by the parent/guardian. We also have copies of the consent form in the office if you’d like your student to pick one up. Any minors must be accompanied to receive their vaccination.
There are enough shots for up to 200 individuals. The page linked below states that the clinic is open to any 16 or 17 year old. 18 year old students or older are also welcome to come. The county is also including the parents/guardians of those students if they wish to be vaccinated when they bring their student. If open appointments remain, the health department will expand the eligibility to any community member who is 16 years of age or older. I recommend that interested students and/or parents sign up quickly. If you have any questions, please call the school at 869-9636 and ask Mr. Houseknecht.
