Pfizer Vaccine is now available for children as young as 12!
Seneca County Health Department will be hosting a
vaccine clinic for those ages 12-18 on Friday 5/21/2021
What you need to know…
Pfizer has been approved for use in children as young as 12 years old
A parent/Guardian MUST accompany a child who is under 18 to their
vaccine appointment
A signed permission slip must be completed for each child under the age of 18 (attached)
A 2nd dose will be required and will be scheduled for 3 weeks after the 1st dose (Friday June 11)

Anticipated Instructional Positions for the 2021-2022

There will be a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Tuesday, April 27th at South Seneca Middle/High School from 2-5 p.m.
There are enough shots for up to 200 individuals. The page linked below states that the clinic is open to any 16 or 17 year-old individuals, but they must be accompanied to receive their vaccination.
The county is also including the parents/guardians of any students in attendance, if they wish to be vaccinated when they bring their student. If open appointments remain, the health department will expand the eligibility to any community member who is 18 years of age or older.

JOB SUMMARY
Performs a wide range of duties involved with preparing and/or serving foods in a school cafeteria.
Must be able to work in any position within the cafeteria. Must be willing to work in the Elementary kitchen and/or the Middle/High School kitchen.
WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to understand and carry out basic kitchen sanitation instructions
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for duration of shift
RESPOSIBILITES/JOB DUTIES
• Food preparation
• Serving students/adults on hot or cold line
• Cleaning tables and work stations
• Cashier when needed
• Attend Pre service trainings when scheduled
• Responsible for knowing and following safety rules associated with the job
• Follow sanitation and health regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by Cafeteria Manager

Hello 7th-12th grade parents. Please remind your students that spring sports start next Monday. Students can sign up in the nurse's office. We need kids to fill the rosters. They will have a lot of fun, learn new skills and be part of a team.
Sports include softball, baseball and track & field. The start date is next Monday, April 19th. Modified Baseball and Softball will practice at the Elementary School. Other levels will practice at the High School.
