This week is National School Counselor Recognition Week. South Seneca is so lucky to have amazing school counselors, psychologists, and social workers who empower, support, and love our students. So let's show them how much they're appreciated! #foreverfalcons

It was Falcon Day today, and our high schoolers had quite the day. They started off with "Coco with the Popo" and then got to choice if they wanted to do bowling or ice skating on their field trip to Geneva. Not a bad way to spend a Tuesday in February! #foreverfalcons

The Governor’s recent proposal shows a $1.5 million (16%) reduction for South Seneca, all at once, for the 2024-25 fiscal year. This is not final. Letting your representatives know your concerns ASAP can still result in change. #foreverfalcons

The South Seneca Central School District is happy to share our large ensemble recordings from our Winter 2023 performances! The SS Music Department is so proud of all of our student's hard work over the last few months of the school year leading up to these performances. All videos are posted on the South Seneca Music Department YouTube channel.

Take note! #foreverfalcons

As we have continued to monitor the forecast, we have decided to postpone tonight's High School Dance. Stay warm!

Happy Friday, and a big congrats to these high school Falcons! #foreverfalcons

HAPPY WINTER BREAK!! We hope everyone has happy holidays, a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year! #foreverfalcons

Some of our High Schoolers trekked down to the Elementary School to read to some lucky Pre-Kers today for some hot cocoa and holiday book reading.
It's true what they say: it's the most wonderful time of the year. #foreverfalcons

Here are some photos from our High School Holiday Concert last night. What a magical night! Congrats to teachers Kyla Perry, David Turken, and all of the students for all of their hard work. It paid off! #foreverfalcons

Adam Snell and his team does it again! Today's lunch consisted of pulled pork sandwiches with house made bbq sauce and served on a Heidelberg hamburger bun. Served with a side of local cabbage coleslaw (with fresh dill from our grow tower), Brussel sprouts, and baked beans.

Here are some pictures from last month when our music department hosted the All-County Band Festival at South Seneca right before Thanksgiving. It was an incredible two days! #foreverfalcons

Yesterday in Plant Science, students learned how to make wreaths! Most students enjoyed the process and it looks like we have some professional wreath makers in our midst! Students were able to take their wreaths home to decorate their doors with! Thanks to Evergreen Acres Plantation for the branches, as well as branches that were cut from Mrs. Parsons' family's property!
